DIRECTIONS to Budleigh Salterton and SIMCOE HOUSE
From M5
Leave the motorway at junction 30 and follow signs to Budleigh Salterton. The junction is 20 minutes away from the town. From the town centre follow the directions below.

When travelling south west you will find a sign post to Budleigh Salterton about 5 miles past the Honiton by pass. Leave the main road and keep going until you reach Budleigh Salterton town centre. At this point refer to the directions below.

Go through the town centre and at the far end you will see a shop on your right The Creamery. Fore Street Hill is opposite this (on your left).
Go up the hill for about 150 metres and just after a sharp right hand bend Simcoe House entrance is on your right. Park anywhere on the driveway. Our front door is at the foot of a flight of steps. |
